They are best known for high intelligence and abilities to camouflage themselves, to cause hallucinations, and to paralyze prey with their venom. Akharu teeth are the only things that can penetrate usemi skin, other than usemi, themselves. They usually settle near large bodies of water. They can live for hundreds of years.

Beings from the planet Nimbiru with god-like abilities. They changed the uli into different creatures and then into changelings.
